Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage our
customer service team at UK ASIA REMIT LIMITED. As the Customer
Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service
to our customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer
satisfaction. Your role will involve supervising and coaching a team of
customer service representatives.
Entry Requirements of this Job:
The minimum requirement for this job is that the candidate must possess a
BTEC/SQA award, A levels/H grades or equivalent qualification. However
experience in working in similar position for long time will be considered and
preferred.
Tasks required by this job include:
As a marketing executive, you will need to:

•  Looking after the roster/shifts for all staff under your supervision.
•  Monitoring on-going compliance with procedures in order to ensure

best service to the customers.

•  To supervise the team who work on floor to ensure best service to the

customers

•  Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer

satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

•  Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and

develop action plans

•  Develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively

with customer requirements and complaints;

•  Deal with each complaint immediately to ensure proper customer

service.

•  Ensure that the customer service team complies with all relevant laws

and regulations governing money transfer service or online payment
service
