Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage our
customer service team at UK ASIA REMIT LIMITED. As the Customer
Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service
to our customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer
satisfaction. Your role will involve supervising and coaching a team of
customer service representatives.
Entry Requirements of this Job:
The minimum requirement for this job is that the candidate must possess a
BTEC/SQA award, A levels/H grades or equivalent qualification. However
experience in working in similar position for long time will be considered and
preferred.
